Defining the Scope

In the beginning stages of our engagement with KodeUX, I established the scope of our project. It's important to note that KodeUX's website was constructed from the ground zero, without any prior design to revise. This phase involved outlining the boundaries and objectives of the project to ensure a clear direction for our work.

Goal

Our primary goals were to establish a brand-new, captivating user experience for KodeUX's website. We aimed to construct an interface that seamlessly merged user-friendliness with the agency's unique identity, offering visitors an exceptional interaction that left a lasting impression.

User Research

To ensure a user-centric approach, I conducted thorough user research. Through surveys, interviews, and observations, we immersed ourselves in the mindset of outdoor enthusiasts, seeking to comprehend their motivations, pain points, and aspirations when it comes to IT and Deisgn industry.

By employing qualitative research techniques, we were able to explore the emotional and psychological aspects of user interactions. This helped us to identify pain points and discover opportunities for enhancing user satisfaction.

Quantitative research

Quantitative research provided us with statistical data that allowed us to identify patterns, trends, and preferences among the audience. This data-driven approach ensured that our design choices were informed and effective. I conducted personal interviews of 15 peoples ,because personal interviews is the best way to understand the user problems.
