Defining the Scope
In the initial phase of our journey with Hiko, we embarked on a mission to define the scope of the project. Our goal was to outline the boundaries, objectives, and parameters that would guide our design efforts.

Our overarching goals steer the ship. We envision Hiko as an app that seamlessly connects outdoor enthusiasts with their passion for exploration. We aim to provide an intuitive and immersive experience that elevates hiking to new heights. Additionally, we prioritize user safety, accessibility, and engagement.

Now it’s time to know what user really wants and what are the changes they required on the website, or they like the interface and doesn’t want any changes. For this reason we conducted online survey and we get responses of 100 peoples.

I conducted personal interviews of 40-50 peoples ,because personal interviews is the best way to understand the user problems.
